If you connect your Google account (Google Sign-In and/or Google Calendar), this policy also explains how we handle information received from Google APIs ("Google user data").

Google user data (Google Sign-In / Google Calendar)
If you choose to connect to Google, Calenderify requests only the OAuth scopes needed to provide scheduling features, including authentication, availability checks, and calendar event syncing.
4.1 Google OAuth scopes we request (and why)
Calenderify may request the following Google OAuth scopes:
- openid - Purpose: Allows Google Sign-In and associates you with your Google identity for authentication.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email - Purpose: We will read your primary Google Account email address to create/log in to your Calenderify account and link it to you.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile - Purpose: Access basic profile information (such as name and profile image) to display your account profile in Calenderify.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar - Purpose: Full calendar access to enable core scheduling features, such as:
- Checking your availability to prevent booking conflicts
- Creating booking events you initiate in Calenderify
- Updating/rescheduling/canceling events created through Calenderify
- Managing event details necessary to keep your bookings synced
4.2 What Google data do we access
Depending on the features you enable, we may access:
- Your Google account email and basic profile info (for login/account setup)
- Your calendar list (to let you choose which calendar(s) to use)
- Calendar events metadata and availability information (to show availability and prevent conflicts)
- Event details needed to create, update, or cancel events that you initiate through the Service (such as title, date/time, attendees you add, and conferencing/meeting link fields when applicable)
4.3 How we use Google user data
We use Google user data only to provide and operate user-facing scheduling features, including:
- Signing you in with Google
- Showing your availability and preventing double bookings
- Creating/updating/canceling calendar events you initiate through Calenderify
- Syncing booking changes (reschedule/cancel) to your connected calendar(s)
- Troubleshooting and support are limited to what is necessary to resolve your request
4.4 Limited Use (Google API Services User Data Policy)
Calenderify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data.
4.5 What we do NOT do with Google user data
We do not use Google user data for:
- Advertising (including personalized, retargeted, or interest-based ads)
- Selling to data brokers or information resellers
- Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance eligibility decisions
- Training generalized AI/ML models using Google user data
4.6 Human access to Google user data
We do not allow employees/contractors to access Google user data except:
- When necessary to provide the customer support you request, and
- Only to the minimum extent needed to diagnose or resolve the issue.

5.1 Service providers (processors)
We use trusted vendors to operate the Service (e.g., hosting, infrastructure, monitoring, email delivery, and customer support tools). They process data in accordance with confidentiality and security obligations.
5.2 Integrations you enable
If you enable third-party integrations (e.g., video meeting providers), we may share only the data required to make those integrations work (e.g., meeting creation details).
5.3 Legal and safety

We do not share Google user data with third parties except as needed to provide the user-facing features you request, for security, or for legal compliance.

7.1 Disconnecting Google
When you disconnect your Google account in Calenderify:
- We stop accessing Google data going forward
- We delete or invalidate stored Google OAuth tokens associated with your account (so Google API access is removed)
7.2 Deleting your account
You may request account deletion by emailing support@calenderify.com. After deletion, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, except where we must retain certain records for legal, security, or operational reasons.
7.3 Backups and logs
Some data may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before being overwritten, or longer if required by law/security.
Your choices and controls
You can:
- Update your profile and settings (where available)
- Disconnect Google and other integrations from within Calenderify
- Revoke access to Calenderify from your Google Account permissions page
- Request the deletion of your account by contacting support
